So Thai's Ba Mee Moo Dang (BBQ Pork with Egg Noodles)

Ingredients:
  • 4 oz. Egg noodles
  • 6 oz. BBQ pork or your choice of meat
  • 1 cup of Bean sprouts - steamed
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of green onions
  • 2 tablespoons of cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted garlic
Method:
  1. Place steamed bean sprouts in a bowl
  2. Boil egg noodles, drain and place on top of bean sprouts
  3. Add fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, fried garlic, and white vinegar
  4. Top with BBQ pork or your choice of meat
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions, cilantro, and toasted garlic
